Ownership of Our Site
This site is owned and operated by Allstar Picture Library (referred to as "we" and "our"). All content, excluding music stills and film stills, included on our site, such as photographs, illustrations, images, text (referred to as "Content") is owned by Allstar Picture Library. Music stills/Film stills copyright are owned by the respective music/film production companies. All Content is protected by International Copyright Laws, and as such may not be copied, reproduced, or used in any way whatsoever including on any other Web site or computer network without prior authorisation from Allstar Picture Library. All content whether downloaded or copied from the Allstar Picture Library Web site, will be deemed as "on loan" and shall remain the property of Allstar Picture Library.
Copyrights
All content, excluding music stills and film stills, included on our site, such as photographs, illustrations, images, text (referred to as "Content") in the Allstar Picture Library Web site are copyright to Allstar Picture Library or its associate photographers. You may not publish, reproduce, place on either an electronic bulletin board, corporate intranet or the Internet, license, sell or otherwise distribute the image(s) without prior authorisation from Allstar Picture Library. Allstar Picture Library does not offer any license in respect of use of likenesses, names or trademarks depicted in the image(s). It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary clearances are obtained, and not that of Allstar Picture Library. All music/film stills contained on the Allstar Picture Library website are the copyright of the relevant music/film production company. Use of music/film stills is granted for editorial use only.

"Allstar Picture Library" and the Allstar Picture Library logo are registered trademarks of ALLSTAR PICTURE LIBRARY and may not be used without our written permission.
Your Use of the Content
The Allstar Picture Library Website is intended primarily for use by editorial clients only. All content displayed in this website excluding Music & Film stills are the copyright of Allstar Picture Library and as such may not be reproduced, copied, or transmitted in electronic or digital form, or exhibited to a public audience by or on behalf of the customer without the permission and authorisation of an Allstar Picture Library representative.
By using the Allstar Picture Library Web site all users agree to defend, indemnify and hold Allstar Picture Library and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless against any and all claims asserted against Allstar Picture Library and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents as a result of your use. Guest users may view and browse through the Content of the Allstar Picture Library Web site for their personal, none commercial home use only. Excepting these limited uses, you may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit the Content in any way. In particular, you may not include the Content in any other publication or product, or on any other Web site or computer network. All visitors to the Website:
During your visit to our website, we only collect personal information that you choose to provide us with.
Unregistered Users and Users not Logged In, will of course be free to browse without any personal information being asked for.
To register with the website or to make online purchases from the site, will require asking for and collecting relative information for both your and our needs.
We do not sell, rent or share information about our customers to third parties, other than for online purchases where relevant information will be submitted to our Secure Online Payments Provider 'SagePay', using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.

(Ensuring correct authentication helps prevent Unauthorised downloading of material against your user account)
To administer any account you may have with us.
To provide you with your purchases and/or downloads.
To reply to any queries and/or requests you may have.
To be able to communicate with you by Postal Mail, Email or Telephone.
Registered Users:
For Registered Users we will require, a Contact Name, Company Name, Company Address, Email Address and Contact Phone Number.
The IP Address from where you registered will also be collected, as this will be used to help safeguard both yourself and us from unlawfull use of your Account Logon Details.
Your Details will be submitted to us, using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
This information will be recorded and held, until such a time when you may no longer wish to be a registered user of our website.
In this event, simply contact our office requesting that your user account be withdrawn.
All information against your user account will be deleted, only records of material you have previously downloaded will be kept for internal use as aggregate data.
Aggregate data will not identify an individual person.
Online Purchases:
In the case of online purchases, a Contact Name, Billing Name, Billing and Delivery Addresses will be asked for.
We do not take any Card Details from you, these will be asked for when we submit your purchase details to our Secure Online Payments Provider 'SagePay'.
In an effort to ensure your online security, the only information we keep are records of the items purchased, their total costs, items paid or unpaid, the sales transaction reference and a Contact Name.
All personal information relating to your purchase is encrypted before being submitted to our Secure Online Payments Provider 'SagePay', using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
Additional Terms
You are bound by this agreement when you access our site and until you have destroyed all Content that you have downloaded or copied from our site; you are, in addition, bound by this agreement whether you downloaded or copied the Content under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and to this agreement at any time without notice.
Change of Address or Contact Information
If your e-mail address or contact information changes, you may update this information by sending your information to admin@allstarpl.com, or by faxing +44 (0) 1723 500117.
Security
Allstar Picture Library has a number of technological and operational security functions in place to protect the confidentiality of personal information. However, perfect security on the Internet does not exist.

Allstar Picture Library does not rent or sell e-mail lists. Online Purchase Delivery Policy
Prints:
Allstar Picture Library will endeavour to ensure Purchased Prints are delivered within 7 Days, Delivery Addresses outside of the U.K. may however take a little longer depending on outside delivery restrictions placed upon us at the time of delivery, should you not receive your delivery within the alloted time scale, please contact Allstar Picture Library Sales at sales@allstarpl.com, or call +44 (0) 1723 367264.
Digital Format Images:
Allstar Picture Library will upon payment confirmation, make available for immediate download all Digital Images purchased. should you experience any problems, please contact Allstar Picture Library Sales at sales@allstarpl.com, or call +44 (0) 1723 367264.
Online Purchase Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policies
Prints:
Cancellations: Payment Confirmation of your Print order will be treated as having been accepted, and may only be cancelled if at the time of cancellation, the order has not been printed.
Returns: Returns may only be authorised if the Print is not as ordered, or, is deemed to be faulty or is of unacceptable quality. In these cases, a Reprint will be issued.
Refunds: Refunds may only be made if a Reprint of your order does not meet acceptable standards, OR a cancellation occured prior to the print stage.

Digital Format Images:
Cancellations: Cancellation of your order for Digital Format Images may only be accepted should an error occur during the payment process, or during the download process, which negates you meeting your required deadline for publication.
Returns: At no stage is it neccessary to make a return of Digital Format Images.
Refunds: Refunds of your purchase of Digital Format Images may only be issued should an error occur during the payment or download processes, which negates you meeting your required deadline for publication. Or if proof of non usage is submitted to Allstar Picture Library Sales.

When you visit the Allstar Picture Library website and view the Picture Library, We may send your computer a "cookie," a small file that resides on your computer's hard drive.
